The script ActiveLink PHP XML Package is a XML and PHP scirpt (RSS / XML content pharser).
ActiveLink PHP XML Package parses/reads/modifies/writes XML strings and XML docuemnts without using and requiring any PHP XML libraries. It has not hard interface and comes with documentation and tutorial neeedd to help new users get started.
